Experienced UI/UX Designer and Solo Developer Rawb Herb discusses specific examples of developing UI and UX for his indie game, “The Tennis Academy”. He’ll explain the design process and implementation of HUDs, menus, maps, save files, skill trees, and dialogue UI, citing challenges that have plagued him during the past 3 years of development. This will be an intermediate-level talk where questions are welcome!

Rawb is a lifelong self-taught artist and Psychologist with almost a decade of experience working with indie games, currently solo-developing an RPG, “The Tennis Academy”. He was previously an Art Director at Whitethorn Games, and has worked on concept art, character design, and UI for various indie projects. He also designed Godotcon’s art assets.
